On-site contract job and There will be no reimbursement for relocation.
MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Support HIX related client inquiries largely focusing on health coverage application process & MAGI rules.
Hours are M - F 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Flexible, shift)
Bi-lingual a plus
Must have basic PC skills, prior call center experience a plus specifically in a health care - Member Services, Enrollment/Transportation Broker or large provider group setting.
